Soaring on Angels’ Wings® (legal name Soaring On Angels Wings Incorporated, EIN 33-1834323) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in New Haven, Connecticut. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you choose to share

When you request support, request a presentation, volunteer, ask about a partnership, join the newsletter, or send a message, the form asks for details such as your name, email address, phone number, and a description of what you need. We use this information only to respond to you and to provide the support or program you asked about.

Please do not send medical records, financial documents, or other sensitive documents through a website form. If supporting documents are needed, for example for the Family Assistance Fund, we will tell you how to share them safely.

How we use and protect it

• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
• Only the people who coordinate our programs read form submissions.
• What you share in a Healing Circle or one-on-one conversation is not published, and stories or photos appear on this site only with permission.
• Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

Services run by other companies

Event registration happens on Google Forms and donations are processed by Zeffy. When you use those pages, the privacy policies of Google and Zeffy apply. Links to Facebook and TikTok take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics cookies. Nothing is tracked unless you accept, and you can change your choice any time from the cookie button in the lower left corner of the page. If analytics are turned on, we use Google Analytics, with anonymized data, only to see which pages help people.

Your choices in the accessibility settings (the button on the right edge of the page) are saved only on your own device and are never sent to us.
