Grief support for adults
Whatever the Loss, However It Happened, There Is a Place for You Here.
Soaring on Angels’ Wings® offers grief support groups, workshops, and private conversations for adults grieving the death of a loved one, in New Haven, Connecticut and online, at no cost to participants when funding is available. Come as you are. Take part at your own pace.

Who we serve
Parents, Siblings, Spouses, Caregivers, and Friends
Most of the grief centers in Connecticut serve children and teens. We serve the adults: the mother whose child died, the brother who lost a sister, the husband, the daughter, the best friend, the caregiver. Sudden loss, long illness, suicide, overdose, accident. Every loss belongs here.
Soaring on Angels’ Wings® has a Christian foundation, and everyone is welcome regardless of faith or background.

Grief Support, Education, and Resources. Not a Crisis Service.
We provide grief support, grief education, resource navigation, and community. We do not provide counseling, therapy, or emergency care, and when a counselor or another community resource is the better fit, we will help you find one.
Soaring on Angels’ Wings® is not a crisis service. If you are in a mental health or suicide crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.
