Grief workshop, public and private
Navigating Grief: You Can Live Again™
A workshop that teaches what grief actually does, gives you tools you can use tomorrow, and makes room to honor the person you love. For grieving individuals and families in public sessions, and for churches, schools, workplaces, and community groups as a private program.

The idea behind the name
We Are Not Moving On. We Are Moving Forward.
The workshop is built on one conviction: you do not leave your loved one behind in order to live. Grief teaches us to carry love differently. The relationship changes; the love does not disappear. Navigating Grief: You Can Live Again™ helps you carry it in a way that lets you breathe.

Who it is for
Grieving People, and the People Around Them
Grieving individuals and families come to learn how to carry their loss. Faith communities, nonprofits, schools, and workplaces book the workshop so their people know what to say, what not to say, and how to keep showing up after the first weeks.
After the workshop
The Circle Is Always Open
Many participants join a Community Healing Circle afterward, attend the next workshop, or request one-on-one support.
